Coaching in organisations
Increase performance and growth through more motivated and engaged employees
Create change with coaching
Motivated and engaged employees should be every employers goal. If the motivation comes from with in it makes the employee less stressed, increases performance and make the employee more adaptable to change. Some people are natrually averse to change, coaching may help the employee gets to ventilate, being actively listened to and receives questions free from an agenda from a coach without an agenda. This can help the employee to open up change, to find an inner motivation for the new situation and to be able to visualise them self as being part of the change.
Team coaching
New teams, well functioning teams, teams with conflicts, attitude issues or ok working teams all can benefit from team coaching. The Coach method working with teams is more or less the same. The difference is that the coach has more clients to listen to and to make sure all get to be part of the conversation, setting goals and objectives. When all members of a team feel listened to, and feel they participate, both motivation and engagement increases which improves performance and facilitates change.
Individual coaching
Do you have employees that have something they need develop, lack in motivation and engagement or just have more to give, they don’t live up to their full potential? Or maybe you have employees that are too stressed out? Either way Individual coaching can help. Focusing on the work situation and the possibility to include what the manager thinks the employee need to improve in the coach will be a neutral part there to help both the employee to figure out what he/she needs, where she/he needs wants to be and how to get there. Individual coaching in an organisation will improve motivation and engagement and thereby performance as well as facilitating change.
